We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, prices, sizing, and photos. However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product details, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via the website using our secure checkout system.
Payment methods accepted include Debit/Credit Cards (powered by Paystack or Flutterwave), Bank Transfers, and Pay on Delivery (select locations only).
Your order is confirmed once payment is received or verified. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message shortly after.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria using verified logistics partners (e.g., GIGL, Kwik, DHL, or local dispatch).
Standard delivery times:
- Lagos: 1–3 working days
- Other states: 3–7 working days
Standard delivery times:
- Custom/Bespoke orders: 5–10 working days after confirmation
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, or force majeure.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. Please note the following:
✅ Ready-to-Wear Items- Exchange allowed within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- No cash refunds — only exchange or store credit.
- Due to the personalized nature, no refunds or exchanges are allowed unless there was a fault on our part (e.g., wrong size, fabric, or item).
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is faulty or different from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund where necessary at no extra cost.
